Prohibited Users
Users who have been suspended or prohibited from accessing or using the Site by GigsRepo are not eligible to use the Site or its services
2. User Responsibilities

User Content:
You are solely responsible for any content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio clips ("User Content"), that you post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available on the Site. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use, post, and distribute the User Content, and that the User Content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
Prohibited Conduct:

User-Generated Content: GigsRepo allows users to post, upload, submit, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio (collectively referred to as "User-Generated Content"). By posting User-Generated Content on the Site, you grant GigsRepo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any form, media, or technology.
Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for the content you post on GigsRepo. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post, upload, or submit the content, and that the content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Billing Errors: If you believe there has been an error in billing, you must notify GigsRepo within 30 days after the error occurred. We will investigate the matter and make any necessary corrections.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. If your account is terminated for any reason, you must immediately cease all use of the Site, and any outstanding orders will be canceled.
Survival: All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
